I have a blackberry classic for past six months. All of a sudden if I select Camera. It says "the camera can't be started." I am in tough spot b/c my phone service is T-Mobile. I purchase BlackBerry through amazon.

Any suggestions what I can do about the camera feature?

Have you reset the phone? Like powering it off and back on?

Ofcourse. I rebooted. I almost positive it's internal. Maybe lens but I need a technician.

I had that problem occasionally on my Z10 and it was always due to the camera app. You can try a different camera.bar or try loading a different OS version.

Some android app could be cause the problem too. Of that's not it maybe it is the hardware but that's surprising if it didn't face any physical damage.
