Just got a Blackberry classic and have tried to pair with the car. Car asks for pin number. Phone isn't even recognizing the car. Any ideas? Found another site with suggestions, but it didn't work. Thanks

Have you check your car's site to see if the phone is compatible? Not 100% accurate, but worth a look. Also, you may find your car's system is due for a software update.
Classic connected very easily to my Buick Verano.
Ask the dealership if there maybe is a software update for your Mazda infotainment system.
Classic and Z30 paired fine to MB and Ford Sync.
Are you having the phone look for car or vise versa ?
I usually put the phone on discoverable and have the car look for phone

My Classic easily paired with my Jeep Patriot and Ford Taurus, check with your dealer for a work around.

I wish I could help you OP but telling you I am not having any issues seems useless to me but what do I know.
How old is your Mazda 3? I have a 2014 CX-5 and my passport pairs just fine.

I've used Bold 9900, Z10, Z30, Q10, Passport and Classic with my Mazda 3. No issues. Some functionality was hit or miss depending on OS version. But never had an issue connecting.
