Do you mean all photos or just that one? If it's just a case of a single photo there may be a problem with the format or the device might be detecting some sort of corruption. If it's all photos it could be anything from how they're being created to the location where they're being stored, try stock from a different source.

What file format is it, e.g. Jpg, gif, ping, etc.? Make sure the file name includes the extension otherwise the device may not recognize it as a valid graphics file.
