I got the same email. But BBSHOP says they don't have it in warehouse and they cannot tell me when. So to me that is fishy

So I haven't been following availability terribly closely except to hear the preorders sold out a while back. I bought one through Shop BB this morning (Nov 17) but it didn't say anything about delays or being out of stock so I assumed it'd ship quickly...is that not the case?

WTF, there are already people "reviewing" the phone who obviously do not own it. I'm not talking about everyone, I know some people got them already, but you have one guy giving it 1-star because "You should just buy an iphone." And another saying "It's too expensive and I can't afford one." They really need to have a system so reviews from people who obviously doesn't have one to review can be deleted. This is ridiculous...

If you are in Southern ON, you can ship to Can Am/ SGS (google Can Am Mailbox) I can't post the link as I'm new here. Well not really, I just can't access my account so I just set up a new one. Anyway, they do one timers there. I think it's like 5 bucks or so. Just across the Whirlpool bridge (if you have Nexus) or 2 minutes from the Rainbow bridge. Just ship to your name with the address of 2315 Whirpool St., Niagara Falls, NY 14305. I have a box there. Have for years. Was there this morning actually.

Well, I ordered mine from Rogers. I'm pre-order #209. No status change. I'm seriously thinking about cancelling and ordering off of Amazon. However, with the exchange it's actually cheaper in Canada. 490 USD with NY tax in. Might be worth the extra fifty just to GET IT NOW!
