I'm not against it, I just don't agree with many of the decisions into the design of it. But in the end, the options are to get some improvements over the Q10, or no improvements over it. I would have wished for a phone with an even larger battery, this whole making it half a millimeter thinner crap annoys me to no end because you're basically losing probably hundreds of mah in battery capacity for a phone slightly thinner that you would never really notice. I would have liked a better camera unit. Some have claimed it has a better camera unit, but I guess we'll see. I would have liked a better CPU/GPU, doesn't have to be top-end, but Z30 specs would have been great. But really, what other option is there for a qwerty phone with a toolbelt right now?? So hey, I'm still excited to finally have the physical call/end buttons back.

I canceled my pre-order with BB US with no problem and then ordered from Amazon. Maybe you can do the same (although I canceled within 24 hrs from ordering which might be why)?
