I do, I have a Z3 and no case, no screen protector, I just find that they get in the way sometimes.

That's true, but I always drop mine and scratch it up, so I insist on a hard-shell case now. Right from the beginning as I am most likely to drop a new phone. Sometimes, I'll take it out naked once I get to know it better!

Cases and screen protectors always drive me nuts, have never had one before.
That being said, just picked up my new classic and am debating on some kind of protection considering the amount of $$'s I just invested, haha. Maybe a holster is in order? Undecided as of now.

Blackberry is the only phone brand I leave bare. They seem to hold up better....have dropped numerous times and still works/looks great.

I have a case and a holster. I tend to drop phones occasionally. I don't put screen protectors on, mainly due to them being a ***** to put on.

I used the official leather pouch. They are almost a perfect match, except that when you try to grab your phone out of the pouch, you will have to squeeze on the volume up key because there is little space elsewhere, and to me that's kinda flawed design..

No protection on my classic, on my q had a screen protector and occasionally a case, dirt got behind the case and scratched up the black bezel, so I never used the case after that. Dropped it many times and scratched it more. No big deal

I used my 99 naked, but the Classic is way to heavy for my drops. I even slammed the Classic in my car door last month! No worries, in a case and leather holster that was in my coat pocket. Never leave the house with out a holster after that.

The solution is to not be clumsy. All of my phones are always naked with no screen protectors. And I've only scratched the screen on one of them, and it was one tiny scratch off the usable screen on the bezel and I typically use a phone for about 2 years before I get another one...

I'm currently rocking my classic naked but I'm a bit nervous as all of my old phones had cases except when we go back when I had Blackberrys before they never had cases I love the feel of it naked.

    Only screen protector
The device feels so nice in the hand naked
The stainless steel bezel is amazing and makes it such a premium device
    Love it that way

IMO, the only BlackBerry I've used which is a prime candidate for a case is the Z30, because the glass is edge to edge.
Other than that I can't get on with them.
They ruin the feel and form of the phone every time.

I've always just used the leather carry case that came with it. This time I had to fork over an additional €15 to get one, but the idea is exactly the same.

Unfortunately, I have my Classic fully dressed for battle with a hardshell case, and screen protector. I would love to use mine without either, but I know between my being clumsy and my job, it's the best thing I can do.
