Not me. While my beloved VZW Z30 is my primary messaging device, I need my iPhone 6 Plus for certain work productivity apps, camera, media consumption and the vast data plan it's paired up with. I urge all to get a second device to get the best of both worlds. I've had a Nexus 4, and Android has too much going on underneath and the UI requires too many swipes to be worth my time.

Classic for daily driver, PP, Z30 for the sofa, Q10 as a back-up in case I loose my Classic before they release the next pocketable pkb device.

Carry a Nexus 5 sometimes in case I need an app that I can't run or use well on the Classic. Rarely ever use it.

I still have the collection going all the way back to my pager version...except 2 I lost in cabs along the way.

    Just a Z10...

I think here in the US it is more common for someone to have just one personal device, with a small number also having a work device. Sure there are some tech people or phone junkies that will have multiple devices, but from my personal experience that is more rare than common.

Now in other markets where there are multiple carriers with small markets and high roaming cost... I think it is pretty common for people to own dual sim devices and even multiple devices as it allow them to communicate without paying those high roaming fees. Which is why in markets like Indonesia dual sim phones and low cost phones are desired, over products like the LEAP.

I also think that if you want to ask a question like this... you need to add a poll to your thread.

Depends on if mobile only or not. I only carry my Z30 and Nexus 7 with me generally, but depending where I'm going my 3DS and laptop (lenovo ideapad y410p) come along as well. I have a 9780, 9900, and bricked 9810 in the drawer. I also have my S3 for rooting and playing with more risky Android customising than on my tablet.

Me 9780, still use it, so simple. Battery last for 3 days with 3G and emails also facebook, twitter, linkedin but three of them only receive notification.

Prefer Z30 or Q10. I handed it and it seems light and simple with gesture. If you have more money, buy passport anyway.

Was carrying just one device (Z10) up until last month when I started carrying a Q10 as well. The problem wasn't touchscreen vs physical keyboard or lack of apps on the Z10, but that I was getting messaged way too often at the most random times on work matters. Since BES isn't an option with my work items, I just separated the work emails onto the Q10 and told work contacts to contact me on the new line. It's been helpful in allowing me to re-claim my personal time (insofar as I can), but does have the added frustration of weighing down my pockets with a second device. Gives me an excuse to leave the work phone at home sometimes I guess.

That sounds strange to me, then is it worth having a separate work phone?

I see many people have more than one due to having one for work and one for personal use. I have two lines (AT&T and Telcel) both personal, but the Telcel is for when I'm in Mexico for the weekends. So I have 2 personal phones, and on each I switch between the Moto X, Lumia 830, BB Q10 and an iPhone 5s. They each have something that another doesn't, so I switch depending on my wants. Main devices are the 830 and X though, which would mean I carry 2 devices most of the time. Oh, and we still use Nextel radios for work. So make it up to 3 devices at a time.

Rocking a White Blackberry Passport SQW100-1 on 10.3.22339, the only phone I have for now and its a daily driver here. I had a backup Z3 that I striped down to bare bone apps and gave to my father.
Am planning to get a standby Z30 but holding out for that and waiting for 'Slider' rumours to die down and see what exactly is going to be on the offer. Not very keen about a vkb but if Slider comes as full android or with 5inch + screen, it will be a disappointment and I will happily skip over to the best VKB on Z30.

I carry 3+ devices all the time. Don't know what it's like to just carry one. Passport, nexus 6, iphone 6. Perfect trinity of phones. The only issue I have is that damn nexus 6. It makes my passport feels small. And it got some weight to it. But out of those phones, passport get the most usage.
