You'd have to look at a non-NA seller/an importer. Carriers and unlocked sellers would only sell the North American models (SQC100-2/4).

I do have a Classic SQC100-1 Regional EU Qwertz Model RHH 151 LW. The number 96xxxx I cannot find on the box.
I bought it from Amazon Germany (amazon.de)

Sqc100-1 is confirmed model for hong Kong and Singapore;however, they are charging more for it than 449 USD...not cool.

SQC100-1 works fast on LTE for me in the United States and UK!

There is one for sale here.. it seems the exchange rate makes it a bargain.
