I don't think the Classic is the type of device to be renewed every year. It is meant for enterprise, not consumers. Maybe every 2 years or so?

While I would love for a Classic 2 to come out asap, I don't we'll be seeing one anytime soon. Sadly I think it will come out in 2016. I really hope they throw 1,000 more mAh on top of the battery though.

So you guys have faith that BB will live on. Was discussing the keyboard issues of Q10 and Classic with local EE Store on Friday. How my Q10 had been replaced 3 times in the 2 year contract - double typing- Was told there would be no way to repair BBs soon as the word I'd blackberry are on the way out! Discuss please.

I don't see that happening anytime soon as they are still releasing quite a few new phones in the near future. Even if they did blackberry would have to replace phones or materials for years to come

Sorry I don't understand what you are expecting from the phone and specs, I have friends still using HTC Hero modified with Android and still are happy!

And I know some elderly people that are happy with their rotary phones.

Ques. I'm a long time Vzw user with unlimited data but want a classic and seeing some good prices on amazon unlocked and refurbished/used. Would u recommend getting one unlocked and getting a plan on at while I keep my vzw phone with unlimited data? The vzw classics are twice the price no contract.

Agree! Bring back removable battery. Im never one to believe in removable batt until I tried my Q10. Definitely passport specs pls and size of Q10.

no one really knows if the next iPhone will even be named "iPhone 6s", it's all speculation based on the 4 and 5 releases cycles only. The next iPhone specs are all guesses as well, though we know it will most likely have a new apple designed processor and maybe force touch or whatever they call it.

Yeah, these "sales experts" have been drumming the "BlackBerry's going out of business" line since the Verizon clown that sold me my 9650 five or so years ago. The Storm left a BAD taste in too many mouths but... it sounds like the first sentence they teach at "SmartPhone sales" training.. BB's GOT to do something to turn that around.

Classic 2? LOL, Maybe that'll be the Classic minus the double type "feature"...
