WhatsApp Great Professional Support
So I received that there is an update to WhatsApp and saw their BB10 support email so thought to write my dissapointment on their decision to discontinue support for BB10 so I wrote the folowing.
Dear Sirs,
As a longtime Blackberry user I am deeply dissapointed along with other users of your decision to end support for Blackberry 10 Devices for whatsapp application. I hope you reconsider your decision.
Then their so professional team replied in like 10 minutes with this professional response.

As we announced in our blog, WhatsApp will no longer be supported on Blackberry 10 by the end of 2016. As such, we no longer offer customer support for inquiries related to Blackberry 10 smartphones.
