I paid 180 for my phone on Amazon. That's about the highest I would go.

Maybe 200 for the white. They still go for 300.

Money isn't an issue for me so I paid full price for it from BlackBerry Shop two weeks ago. Comes with that one year warranty.

I conducted a trade deal with my Blue Classic about a month ago and ended up repurchasing one brand new from shopBB for the full retail of $379 a few weeks ago... I feel $300-350 would have been more fair, but $379 was worth it to me to have another back-up...

If you can find blue ones for that price it's probably stolen. Unless your local prices are different from mine. Most of the ones I found were $300 to $450. Nothing below $300.

Now that's not a fair statement to make... I sold my unlocked, almost brand new Blue Classic (I opened the box, used the device to install updates, but preferred my black over the blue so reboxed it, still had protective stickers affixed and all) for $250 and it was not stolen at all... I paid full price for it upon release from shopBB... Subsequently I ended up repurchasing another Blue Classic from ShopBB for $379, but if I get the itch to sell again, I'd once more go for $250 if in the same state, $200 the lowest if I actually use it this time... I believe in being honest and fair when selling my devices... And I realize that very much like cars, devices lose their value as soon as they are 'driven off the lot' as well... Plus, I am morally fine-tuned not to price-gouge my peers...

I think you're talking about American dollars. We were discussing Canadian funds. It's be like buying a blue Classic for USD $150 to $185

Those are all American dollars. Have you checked the conversion rate lately? You'll get $0.75 USD for every $1.00 CAD. That's a horrible conversion rate. Additionally some of the vendors on the American version of Amazon don't ship to Canada and even if they did, I'd have to pay a duty for anything above $60 CAD since many of those vendors will not put an artificially lower amount on their packages. Usually duty ends up costing another $50 CAD or so based a $300 USD phone.

Additionally many of the lowest priced phones on there have scuffs or scratches or some other imperfection. I'm not going to spend $300 USD on a phone and end up with an imperfect device.

The least you'll pay for a perfect Blue Classic in Ontario (I won't say Canada because it could vary) is $350 CAD and that's for a used one but with no imperfections. To get a like new one that is flawless, you're looking at $400 CAD. But I suppose you could get lucky...like I said though, the last thing I want to do is buy a stolen device.

am just answering the question put forward. This is what I would pay for them. I am not looking to buy a classic. Maybe when I find one that's not stolen at the dollars I mentioned, I would pick a couple up.

Money is always an issue, even when it isn't an issue. Stick to stated question, no one was trying to count your pockets nor care you paid full price for a device that is over a year old lol......I woulda gotta bargain, just because I have the money doesn't mean I need to be unwise with it.....thats like paying full retail for a 98 Buick lmao ha!
