I am wondering what exactly people would love to see included in the Classic that are not rumoured to be on the Dec 17 device release?

Specs I mean!

Love the way the topic is worded, lol.
I just want specs for the phone to be lag free and responsive with lots of apps and browser tabs open.
I tire of my 9310's tiny clock picture showing up all the time, which is why I have pre-ordered a Classic already.
A bump up from Q10 and Z30 specs for sure. A better camera as well.

Mostly...a Sprint logo! Hard to buy if it isn't available.
If you haven't tried the touch scroll keyboard on the Passport you won't appreciate why I consider it a 'must' spec for the Classic. It's a different world, something that will one day be considered as important as the tool belt.

Camera is the most important for me. It does not have to have many Mpixels but it should have a big sensor and quality close to iPhone 6+ (optical stabilization manual settings and good autofocus) . Next is the battery and fast processor (why not Snapdragon 801?) 2GB RAM is OK and I do not need bigger screen. Pedometer would be nice.
A battery with 3500 - 4000 mah!

Oh ya cause that would not break the laws of physics.... Passport = 3450 and Classic is half the size.

To get people stop moaning, octacore processor, 5000 mwh battery and like 4gb of ram.

I believe blackberry missed the bulls eye again with this current classic.
The next blackberry classic (Q20 S or Mega) should replace the passport as flagship and receive all the bells and whistles.
- 4 inch screen
- 3000 battery
- touch enabled keyboard (like passport)
- 3gb ram
- removable battery (backdoor similar 9900)
- 400ppi display
- current os config (hot keys)
- 13mp camera, 4k vid recording
- colour option: white, gun metal, matte black, wood
I can't imagine BB making a decision that bad like putting a 5000mWh battery in the classic lol

Duct tape over their mouths.
No matter what the Classic is comprised of... certain people are gonna whine.
They're whining now, and it hasn't even been released.

True 24 hour battery while using it
Nice camera
Less top bezel

why does it seem like everyone has a hard-on for 3gb of RAM? it is highly likely you wouldn't even see a performance impact with extra memory. A larger battery? Definitely noticeable. This camera fascination? Have 'smart phones' turned into 'smart cameras' that can call people? It seems to me everyone is a professional photographer in which case you should buy a device explicitly for photos and high resolution video recording.
Buy the Passport!

Everyone should moan in just one thread. Every other day someone complains about specs or some other things as if anything can be done at this point, now that the phone is already made and ready to be shipped.

Yup, I got a samsung camera last year, does everything a galaxy android phone can do except call and text. Far better pictures than any phone. I'm getting the classic for the belt and better screen the Q10 doesn't have . I like the passport , but it's just to big. I carry a Kindle. Which is about the same size, so the two are too bulky. And I'm tired of my Z10 had it since launch, it was suppose to be temporary until the keyboard phone came out. Q10 was a big disappointment.

Alot of the spec hungry people don't realize that the BB10 OS does not need a lot of ram to operate smoothly. I've never and I mean never experienced lag on my Z10. Plus higher specs means higher price. The only thing I moan about the Classic is that it's not in my hand as yet.
Why do so many people feel the Classic is meant to be a flagship? My understanding is this phone is geared towards BBOS die hards and to offer a cost effective, yet productive tool for enterprise customers.
My guess is anyone still using a Bold, Curve, etc. aren't using it because they demand top end phone specs, but instead place more value on productivity.
Sure as heck make it so people don't moan. They will either have their draw dropping or some kind of screaming.

I do have two full frame DSLRs (still have Canon 5D). I do not always carry them and I hate taking poor quality pictures.
I don't mind they make it thicker !
