While messing with my Classic I am finding some cool things the classic does that my Z30 and Passport do not. Both have to do with apps. I previously posted the ability to cast netflix to my samsung tv. Just now found out it will now fully use the Hp all in one remote. The app was never able to find my Hp wireless scanner/printer. It works perfect with the classic. Could this be this be an improvement with the OS that came on the Classic?

Most likely improvement in the OS 10.3.1 in handling Android apps.

I think they improved the wireless modules significantly in 10.3.1 (and probably also in the PC components). While I repeatedly ran into troubles connecting my Passport (and earlier devices) to my PC via WiFi, the Classic does that now flawlessly. I didn't have one failed connection in 2 days, neither through Link nor Blend nor for simple drive access. All in exactly the same wifi/PC environment of course.

What app are you using? I have searched and not found this app.

    Thanks!

I think the app is the one displayed i.e. hp all-in-one-remote. I think it is in Amazon apps.

Just discovered you can easily hide an item, especially picture.
    1. open the picture
    2. tab the overflow 3 dots on the bottom right
    3. tab hide item
    4. swipe down from the top
    5. tap hide item and you are home.

No need of a 3rd party apps to do this any more. And its very basic thou.

This is not a Classic feature per se, but I believe BlackBerry Blend is available only on OS 10.3 devices right now i.e. Classic. It is simply awesome replying to BBM's on my PC desktop. And my gmail emails appear in Blend quicker than the browser on the very same PC.

PS: iOS Continuity on OSX Yosemite with my iPhone 5 is pretty slick too, although it won't work with 3rd part BBM.

Press and hold the camera shutter button for continuous autofocus. When you let go it snaps the photo perfectly in focus.
