I am trying to update my snapchat as far as I can, but don't want to have to register another account. Can someone tell me the most recent APK of snapchat they have updated to and the application will still work? I am on 9.31 I believe.

None. It depends on whether or not you still have the auth token from another version installed on your device and even then, you'll still get warnings from Snapchat telling you your account may be blocked. Your only genuine hope is to use the app Casper. Those who have it (the real Snapchat app) installed and have it working will eventually be booted as well.
