Yes, it's a shame. I really miss the way background apps stayed running and didn't have to refresh when going back. On android some apps even loose your place or take you past where you were, looking at tapatalk. Or you have to sign in again on Web pages when you shouldn't need to.

My feelings exactly- really disappointing about Whats Up decision. I love the blackberry and have bought three over the years and I can tell you it is a great mobile with so many handy apps on it. I have tried Samsung Galaxy, a gift, but I love that the BB Classic has both the keypad and touch features. In all honesty, they should at least keep Whats App for a couple of more years, it is not a cheap phone to buy, we deserve that much at least for our loyalty and for the price we pay.

I use whatsapp for business, its part of my job. Although i could use it on a second device certainly i would loose productivity . At the sametime physical keyboard is one of the best things that ever happend to increase my productivity, including the trackpad, so priv is not a wonderful option. i have no way to go, im still waiting, maybe there will be another device, maybe whatsapp guys will change their minds, i really dont know. So, i simply have to wait, postpone my decision to the last moment, and trying to not get anxious...
