So I'm currently on an iPhone 8 that despite being fast and full of apps I use only for text, calls, email and gmail calendar (which is probably the most important item). I'm looking at the K2 because I'm just over Apple and really want a keyboard again. Am I "simple" enough in use that I could do a Classic or should I get a K2 or even K1?

An additional question - can I make Google Calendar work on a Classic?

The KEYone/KEY2 don't have a service shutdown schedule leading up to final EOL just yet, as opposed to the Classic. If you're considering it as anything more than a secondary phone or a collection piece, don't bother.

As for the KEYone or KEY2, it depends really on price and what carrier you want to use it on (in the USA).

I'm on T-mobile and anything cheaper than Apple price wise.

So either the KEYone or KEY2 would work, unless you're in a LTE band 71 only area.

Price wise, you can't buy it from T-Mobile on subsidy, so your choices are the KEYone for $500 or the KEY2 for $650 (in silver or in black), assuming you want to buy new.
