I have just bought my first BlackBerry. It is a second-hand Classic and I have no instructions for it.

I have managed to install apps on it for Twitter and Facebook. But I am not sure what app to download for Hotmail.

I tried to contact BlackBerry support to ask for help. Its website asked me for my device's IMEI. I followed the instructions to find its IMEI but did not find it.

No need for an app, you can add your Hotmail account to the built in Hub. This guide is a bit old but the basic steps should still work,

Yep, I'd add it to the built-in apps.

The built-in app doesn't directly support Microsoft's implementation of two-factor authentication, so if you use that on your account, then you'd have to set up a device-specific password for your Classic.

Alternatively, you can get Microsoft Outlook (with support for all of Hotmail's features) from the Amazon app store.
