I always use the same 4 digit code. Never has asked me for it in 5 weeks so I don't think I set one up. Now it wants one and keeps coming up. I have input my normal code and a default 1234 but can't get rid of the pop up. Does anyone know how to bypass and reset without a pass code?

    Tried any of these

Or does it only accept 4 numbers?

Tap the number 1 one your keypad and follow the voice commands you'll have to start by imputing your password then you'll have the option to turn it off.
It's happened to me in the past "sometimes" after I install a new OS.
If you can't do it that way, simply call your carrier and ask them to reset it for you.

    Takes 4 digit code

I just turn off "Assistant" that "might" be it. Have never used it.

Edit: Did not solve the problem

I think a simple call to ATT resolved it
