    Hi,

I am hoping someone can help me out on this.

About a week ago, my BB Classic (SQC-100 , v10.3.3.1435) went haywire on whatsappp, in terms of receiving images and videos.
In whatsapp media settings, I had previously set it to save all media on the 64gb SD Card. I still have 12gb free memory on it.
All pics received in whatsapp are blurred when viewed in individual messages. I am able to access the folder:
Media card/photos/WhatsApp/2018-01 or 2017-12, in order to view the pics.
The IMG file icon does not show a preview of the pic (this was previously possible), so all pics are being displayed as the standard flower image. When I click on them, I am able to see them. It makes it difficult to find a pic, as all of them have the same flower icon on them.

Is there a way of resolving this, so that each pic is already in preview mode?

For videos received, I am able to access them via:
    Media card/videos/WhatsApp

In both cases, I am unable to upload the pics or videos into whatsapp messages, for sending out. How can I resolve this?

    Cheers,
    Thanks in advance.

No, not as yet. Did not want to switch over until I had the above resolved.
