    I didn't do anything but turn it on. I'm having the SIM card locked issue trying to activate, but I haven't even started setting it up yet. Just went right into settings and there it was.

    Ah so without a Verizon SIM card in (or at least the phone thinking it's not in) we get this additional band revealed.

    Well, if I can ever get past this SIM Card Locked problem, I'll look again and see if band 3 disappears.

    I had to call in to activate because the online way was taking too long. Took them a minute to activate it for me.

    Yep, got it activated and now band 3 no longer showing.

    So AT&T and Verizon SIM cards in a Verizon Classic mask band 3. I wonder what a TMO SIM might do, and what a Rogers/Bell SIM might do. I suspect this phone also has LTE band 7, but I haven't seen any on-device evidence of that.

    It would be odd if BB put just LTE band 3, and not band 7 since the two are usually paired together in phones. Band 3 is a big ROW band, as it band 7. However, band 7 is also a Canadian band.
