    Hello everyone, I need assistance. I had tried to reinstall 10.3.3 OS however my phone crashed and m unable to use the same. In Blackberry link I am unable to take a back up or restore or reload.

    Please suggest the way out

    Use an autoloader:

    Download to PC, unzip, plug in phone, run.

    Yup. Z30, Classic, and Leap use the same autoloader.
