Ditto. Last chance... I too had Q10 and it went off the rails with double-typing. Switched up to classic (at a cost). I love the blackberry concept, but this is getting ridiculous.

Exactly, I'm on my Classic after putting aside Q10 due to its DT "disease".
If the Classic catches the same "virus", then, I'm done with Mr. John Chen ! Byebye !!
The very basic feature of Q10 / Classic is thier PKB. If that itself is defective, then , there's no meaning to have one.
I'm kind of at that same point. Horror of horrors I went to look at S6 and IP6 :(. BB sent me a replacement phone for my DT infected Classic - but I suspect the problem will occur again. In fact EVERY single BB phone I've had since day one has had to be replaced with a new one for any number of reasons - dt issue, bad pixels, track pad, keys, etc. Quality control is , well, not. Slider notwithstanding I have to agree that i have a Classic for the PKB which I love but if it's defective....what's the point.
This is the last straw for blackberry...I think. This was the only thing bbry is good at...apart from the hand gestures of bb10. But the DT issue renders the pkb pointless. I mean people talk about more productivity on a pkb device...but I'd say if the pkb doesn't work, the only reason for more productivity on the Classic would be because there's nothing on it
