    Hi all,

I am having this same issue. I tried TrumptTigers recommendation, along with removing accounts from all phones and logging out of all browsers before trying again, and still no luck. I had a Blackberry KeyOne and am reverting to my old Blackberry Classic Q20 from Verizon. The contacts worked fine on the KeyOne for the past year, and very sad to be having an issue now with the Q20. Hoping someone might have a solution?

    Warmly,

    -Justin

You may need to remove and re-add the account, but this will correct your problem:

    1. Go to Accounts.

    2. Select Add Account.

    3. Select Advanced at the bottom of the screen.

    4. Tap CardDav.

    5. Enter whatever you like for a description, and your Gmail e-mail address for username and e-mail address. Enter your Gmail password for the password.

    6. For the Server Address, enter the following:

    https://www.googleapis.com/.well-known/carddav

The suspicion is Google deprecated a URL, but in any case this method is confirmed to work, for contacts. Are you also having calendar trouble?

    Hey, the server address has changed since the post you quoted, try this one;

    https://www.googleapis.com/carddav/v...lists/default/

You'll need to put you email address where "[email protected]" is. You may have to click on the URL or hover your mouse over to see the full address as CrackBerry sometimes shortens links.

Camran, have you disabled 2FA on our account and made certain less-secure apps are enabled? Also, are you absolutely certain all the information Ben mentions is correct? We had an issue the other day wherein someone had been neglecting to enter their full e-mail address as their username, which was blocking the connection....
TrumpetTiger : Dear Sir, I have the same issue. i tried with above all ways but still showing "an unexpected problem occured. some features may not be working correctly." can u please help me out

In your Google account do you have:

1). Less Secure App Access turned on or off?
2). Two step verification on or off?

    Hey aadham,

Let's check these out one at a time. As Ben mentions:

    1. Is less secure app access turned on in your Google account?

Tried with https://www.googleapis.com/carddav/v...lists/default/ and other server. Didn't work though 2 step verification was disabled and less secure apps are allowed.

Take a look at this guide.
Make sure you read the whole first post and follow every step to the letter. It should work fine.

I've had that issue as well, I was able to fix it by turning off Third party access blocking.

    Go to your Google Account.
On the left navigation panel, select Security.
On the Third-party apps with account access panel, select Manage third-party access.
Select the site or app you want to remove.
    Select Remove Access.

After above done, TrumpetTiger method will work fine.
There is no app or site needed to be removed
