    Earlier I was using an apps of third parties, at that time everything was good.

    But on a week ago I was unable to install any apk file on my BB Q20.

    When I open any apk apps already installed earlier, it shows a horizontal center green line and after that app closes automatically without being open.

    Can any one plz solve this, I have already done the security wipe but the same doesn't help to resolve the issue.

    What OS build are you on? Go to settings, about, OS.
