To me, what would make for good specs on this phone will be

2.0 - 2.2 GHz quad-core CPU being the midrange and the high-end phones coming out later should have 2.6 - 2.8 GHz CPU

2 - 3 GB of Ram

I'm hoping they increase the internal memory to 32GB or at least give the option to store apps onto the sd card.

I would be happy with a camera anywhere between 8 - 12 MP. It's not about the number of pixels, what I wish is they put a higher quality sensor, maybe a larger aperture, so it'll take better low-light photos. It's the quality that matters, not the size of the output image file. If they would allow storing RAW format so you can process it with your PC with software like Adobe Lightroom or something, that would be nice too.

Whatever GPU they have now, I hope they upgrade that a bit too, not that I'm a games heavy user, it just won't be an "upgrade" unless it is upgraded... Plus, you have to future proof it. And making the current 3D games run smoother will not hurt at all.

I would like to see the battery increased to like 2800 mah as well.

Why not just make it so nobody can complain about anything on it?? Great battery life, fast 3D rendering, good storage, good camera, just throw it all in there.

Still, those specs seem to be pretty dull. Especially that 10.1 OS lol
