    I know how to use the 'hide' function, but it is still easy for people to 'discover' hidden pictures and albums. Is there another way to do hide/relocate files?

    Yes, hide function in OS is not fool proof.

    You need an app to do that. So far File Locker app by X-Reve works best for me.

    Es file explorer make a folder name it whatever you want just put a . Before naming it eg .hiddenfolder esfile explorer has an option to show and hide hidden folders

    Place a blank file named .nomedia in the folder that contains the pictures you don't want showing up in the picture viewer app. They will still show up in the file manager app however.

    You can place an empty file named .nomedia into the folder you want it's content not to be scanned.

    Yeah the hide feature is garbage. Just like someone said above, you can hide but if you go to share a picture ALL of your hidden pics will show up even though they are hidden. BlackBerry OS 7 on the old school BlackBerry Bold was the best. BlackBerry 10 is ********
