I think colors may be a bit longer to wait for. Personally I think blackberry is going to wait a see what the demand and sales look like before going forward with colors. Love the classic so far... Hopefully with good sales and demand that the next model will be a good update on the hardware......

I love my Classic..but honestly, it already has a 2 year old spec. If the colored Classic comes out later this year, it will have a 3 year old spec...not cool

Good call. Further, the Classic 2 needs island toolbelt keys. The touch screen extension finish isn't working and is functionally confusing when working by touch.

Could buy a can of spray paint. Or find a friend that can use a stencil gun or buy some stickers. You can put rainbows and unicorns on it if you want. Just saying...

I was holding off on buying a Classic too, as the idea of colors was intriguing and exciting......right up until I was laying in bed one night last week and realized that no matter what, I knew I'd buy the black one, so I bought one from Amazon (at 1am) and I'm hammering on it now.

This mobile device is awesome. The toolbelt has absolutely increased productivity and I can navigate this device better with one hand than my Q10. My 9900 was my favorite BlackBerry of all time and the Classic is my "Son of My Precious".

There's only two things I'd like to do in the near future with this Classic:
1. Find a fix for the little annoying light bleed at the bottom of the screen.
2. Find a black bezel to replace the silver.
