    Hello everybody.

Let me explain as clear as possible what happened.
I gave a Classic to my father a year ago. The battery started draining super fast although he has no apps on his phone, so we decided to get a new one.
He received the battery and brought the phone to a store to have the battery changed because I live in a different country and couldn't do it.
The guy changed the battery but the speakers stopped working.
I guided him to all the settings of notifications, but althought everything on paper looks correct, no sound comes out of the phone.
No ringtone, no notification of text, no YouTube video or audio file can play. He can only listen through headphones.
I don't know what to do and how to help him.

    Please, any suggestion?

Looks like the speaker connection broke when the battery was replaced.
Run the BBVE app and find out if it's a hardware issue or not. In which case you will have to ask your father to take his phone back to where he got his battery replaced from and ask him to find out what's wrong with the speaker.
