AT&T Classic running the latest 10.3 att software, had been working fine. Tried to stream audio and had no sound, then found I had no sound at all from speakers. Headphone jack and handset speaker works fine. Searching I found no solutions other than a warranty replacement. Anyone else run across this?

have you tried running BBVE to see is the speakers are not working? What about trying to reload the OS?

I have had the experience. Based on it is almost the motherboard layout as Q10/Z10, I did try the same method and it worked for me. Play a song and turn your Classic upside down and then tap on the back cover at the area below the BlackBerry logo. I cannot tell you the exact area. But you can keep tapping until it works. My experience is around 5 minutes of try.

Yes, BBVE says my speakers are not working, replacement phone will be here tomorrow, once it's here I'll wipe the phone and reload the OS for grins. I don't want to brick it until I have a back up.

Thanks, but I'll let AT&T fix that, if it happened once it will happen again.

Replacement arrived, setup and works fine. Wiped the old phone, reloaded the OS and still no speaker. Hope this is just a rare glitch.
