Well good for you nicks my suggestion for you is to take the time to set it up proper (go through All the settings) and you will love the Classic a little heavier than the Q but you will get use to it (still fits nice in pocket/purse) Best of luck .

The weight of the Classic was one of the first things I noticed going from the Q10 to the Classic but for some, that might be a good thing. After a few months, I am used to the weight now.

The device is what BlackBerry should have released along side the Z10 way back when. But it's here now and it's awesome.

    Enjoy your new Classic!

If it is sluggish, then it won't feel any more sluggish than the Q10.

Very true. If you could deal with the Q10, this phone will be fine for you then.

I find the keyboard on the classic similar, if not a bit nicer, to the Bold 9900, which is my all time fav.

The keyboard, screen quality and tool belt are my favorite features of the Classic over the Q10, though I did like the removable battery on the Q.

I think you'll be happy you made the move. The the larger screen alone makes using BB10 a better experience than the Q10.

You made the right choice if you wanted a larger screen., better screen better keyboard and the tool belt. On a serious note I'm sure you will be happy it is a nice upgrade from the Q10

I had the Q10 and upgraded to the Classic. Night and day for me. U will notice the differences once the Classic is in ur hands almost immediately. The Q10 is more Curve like to me while the Classic is more like the Bold.

I thought the Classic would've been too big but it's actually just the right size.

The keyboard is arguably the best keyboard they've ever released - and I've been using the 9900 for the past month.

The navigation keys are such a nice addition to move around the OS and making and ending calls is much enriched via the buttons.

    You will love it.

I made the same upgrade, screen and battery life are worth it. Less squinting and there are no problems with the screens touch sensitivity, the q was bad in the corners for me.

It will get "sluggish" if you load Google Play and/or run apps in the background or when minimized. You can control this in the settings.

Good luck and welcome to the ClassicBerry

I have both the Q10 and the Classic. The Classic is definitely more sluggish. The only reason I can think why this would be the case is because of the added OS software patches to deal with the track pad and physical buttons. As the phones are the same spec, they should operate equally, but clearly don't.

Or you may be experiencing an issue with your Classic.
I do not experience any sluggishness with mine and my friends Q10 behaves similarly.
You may need to do some investigating as there should be no difference between the two.
