SHORTCUTME is EXACTLY what I need to complete this Classic phone.

It's like QuickLaunch on steroids and has NFC capability for macros... I can't live without being able to autoswitch my device into bedside profile...

Please and thank you, tried to find the .bar file for Q10 and can't seem to find it

Yes, I'm struggling to get this Classic efficient like my BBOS.

Shortcutme type program would help immensely.

There is a standard app called 'Smart Tag' which allows multiple actions to get triggered by NFC smart tags. Bedside mode being one of them. This already worked in 10.2.

No, you have forgotten how flowing a BBOS device is.

Clog up any phone and these will happen. I'm all about speed, so lean and mean as I run, I RARELY have these issues. Wait clock only appears if the sucky browser is open on a heavy page or 3 along with several extra apps open.

Classic does the same if you push it.

Anything does the same if pushed. The difference is there's a huge distance between the two when it comes to limitations.

90% of what that app could do is now built into 10.3.1. You can customize the quick actions for any of the physical letter keys from the home screen.

No it doesn't do the same... BlackBerry 10 doesn't do that period.

Because you can only have 8 apps open, BBOS was unlimited and never ever closed an app on you.

Like OP, I was also a huge fan of Fonware's ShortcutMe. It made it so anything I regularly used was a click or maybe 2 away. I don't know enough of the technology, but really miss the Macros. Viijik was a great dev and very helpful. Sure, on BB10 I can use keyboard short cuts and word substitution which are great, but I wish there was a way to have my Q10 as efficient as my old faithful Curve. The customization capabilities were almost limitless. I like the Hub, and a lot about 0S10, but still miss ShortcutMe.

Shortcutme has to be one of the best os7 apps ever.

I'm wondering though, has anyone managed to get the Lock macro to work?

Even if I create a simple macro, with the code:

    Code:
    Lock;
And then try and run that macro - for some reason the phone does not lock.

    Any ideas?
