I have a sending problem/error with sending small videos on whatsapp

But right now I cant send video on whatsapp, I can recieve but not send.

I can send pictures without any problem

It gives a server replied bad request error download, I cant copy and paste the long message

Ive emailed the whatsapp helpdesk and they say well we extended whatsapp on the classic but we wont give support
Ive downloaded the most recent whatsapp 2.16.76.2 from 15 november from 15 november 2016
Ive deleted my conversations and media.
And whether I send big videos above 16mb or under it doesnt matter I get that error message.

Anyone has this problem too?

I had the same issue 2 weeks ago with the old version and suddenly it started working.

After the update to the new version the problem is permanent

Same problem here (Z10) using latest update, if I can remember correctly I had problem using previous version too.. I hope they fix this, until end date they should support BB version..

After receiving automated response from support, just sent new mail omitting words like 'BlackBerry' and got usual response of someone taking in charge. I'm curious to see human response to this issue; it's a bug and 'till 30/06/2017 they should solve bugs..

Sending video Works fine with WhatsApp Web ... but not work using directly from BlackBerry ..

I use a Z30 and Passport Black and Passport Silver, all works fine with whatsappWeb to send video ..

It's happening from couple of days now,,I downloaded some videos from instagram,when tried to share it, it's showing media upload error_ server replied-bad request. Or there's something wrong with the videos? Haven't had a problem downloading them.

When children who have now in the hand Android and Iphone were not yet born we used already a BB. I feel disappointed and teased by WA. They have no respect for us.
I write for the video problem-not send some of us, and this is their response, a semi-automatic response.
Look the "As such, we no longer offer customer support for inquiries related to BlackBerry 10 smartphones."

What does it mean ??! Release new versions of the BlackBerry World, then do not fix bugs?
I do not care send videos, images only, but i wll install at June WA-Android on my BB 10 and f*** WA.

Yep same reply..
"Funny" thing is I thought some words triggered filters, so I writed whithout mentioning BlackBerry and finally I got human response asking for more details.
Then I explained problem and sent details via attached screenshots not to trigger filters again and telling them that we were asking for bug-fixing, not adding new features and if support ends next summer, they should support platform 'till that day and resolve bugs.

Well... after sending screenshots, with no text about BlackBerry in mail, they forwarded me automated response again... they are kidding us..

I was thinking about spreading this situation on Twitter.. it's likely support is already over (no bugfix); from next summer no login anymore..

I will install WA-Android at June, but We do not stop to fight to continue the support to the "dictators" Whatsapp for BB 10.

I thought I'm crazy or I have to much videos or pictures that I can't send videos! I guess I will have to try to back date my version, or any other solution to the problem!?

Have you tried an earlier version of what's app? I didn't try myself but wonder if it works! Also wonder if it makes a difference from where you download it! A download from snap google play store or some other 3Rd party gets the same errors?
