    I tweeted @BlackBerryHelp and they asked me to use BlackBerry Virtual Expert and bring up the keyboard test and lightly run fingers over the keyboard if nothing happens then they said to call carrier and have sent away for repair. I encouage all to do the same

    I hope this is a joke because the Classic's keyboard is not touch sensitive, so of course nothing will happen.

    They are asking you to check for sensitive keys, not asking you to check if your keyboard is touch enabled...
    It's a good test but most double typing doesn't start that hard.

    I just did what they said... never questioned them.. I know of many with same double type problem.. I know it happens and getting worse, I dont believe its a software problem, likely hardware..

    Not hard to figure out for me, im just fwding on what the "professionals" sayif you want to read more into it go ahead.. wow
