    Hey guys, got an issue hoping someone has solved before. I have searched it on crackberry and Google and found a few that had the problem but not too many solutions.

    My problem: phone wakes up randomly. Sitting on its own it will turn itself on and then time out and turn off. Will do this randomly sometimes more often then others.

    I did a factory reset, problem is still there. I have looked into and turned off all advanced interaction, lock screen notifications, swipe to wake up, all of that off. I have taken the SD and Sim card out.

    Please if anyone has anything let me know, trying to get a bit more life out of this phone.

    Mine does this too. Don't know what it is, but it does it in my pocket a lot and burns up the battery, also does random screen presses because it senses my pocket touching the screen, maybe it's my leg or something. I don't have a solution, just wanted to say you're not alone.

    Try running a sensor test in bbve perhaps it's a faulty sensor.

    Try getting the pocketsafe app from BlackBerry World, it's designed to prevent this.
