Hello. If I try this encrypted a file is saved to the card but obviously not convertable to csv or vcard.
I then try in unencrypted and nothing is saved.
I'm trying to copy my 820no contacts over to Samsung s8 plus.
An alternative way I read about is by Bluetooth but the two devices don't stay connected for more that a couple of seconds!
Could anyone help please?

Sorry to hijack the thread, how does one actually save photos, contacts and other files onto an SD card?

What's the process? I want to back up some BB 10 devices for photos and contacts soon.

Use a program like Ultimate Backup. Well worth the cost.
