    I have a Verizon Classic using 10.3.2. Although I have Reply Now turned on, the text responses are greyed out and cannot be edited. Furthermore, when I reject a call no text options pop up. I searched the fora and found no help. Any help out there?

    Before you reject the call. Hit the text icon. It will then automatically reject the call and give you options for a response.

    Go to phone settings. Reply now and edit them there. There can only be 3, and they can't be edited on the fly.
