Right now there are not many choices. I just have the OEM holster, waiting for Seidio to make one for it, hopefully they do.

I have the OEM holster with clip and love it. I use the holster during the work week and go naked on the weekends.

I would like the OEM soft shell but Amazon is out of stock right now.

I love the Seidio Surface case/holster combo on my Z10. If they make one for the Classic that would be my first choice, too

I bought the OEM holster from the Crackberry store and it's great. Also ordered an Incipio hard case but it's back ordered right now. I will probably take it to Ghost Armor for the screen protector.

Not sure if it's the same product, but I found these and ordered them as well. They're not tempered glass (which I'd love btw), but they are better then nothing imo.

I'm interested to hear others' experiences with cases as well. I'm looking at the BB OEM Pouch (not the holster). Wonder if they'll be making a flip case (I have it for my Z10 and Z30 and like it).

I saw a flip case on Amazon they claimed was for the Classic, except it allowed the phone to stand... sideways. Not sure why anyone would want to do that with a phone with a keyboard.

I go Ghost Armor with the OEM holster with my 'Bold' type devices. With my Passport, Ghost Armor & Vaja case.

My first choice...I absolutely love the BlackBerry Leather Pouch! You get to enjoy the phone the way it was meant to be and when you're done slide it in the pocket and it's ready to be in your pocket, on table, anywhere without too much care of how you put it down. I keep my devices mint and think screen protectors also take away from the really smooth surface of the Gorilla Glass...and that's the best feeling on a BlackBerry ever! First time I was swiping on my Passport I was in love with that feeling and it's definitely different than the polys they were using before (ie. Z30). The Z30 gets scratched easily with only dust between your finger and the screen! (over exaggeration). Only issue, which may not be an issue, is that the pouch for the Classic does not appear to have a padded back. The Q10 pouch was also like this and I did not like it what-so-ever...I think it will wear out the phone after been slid in and out over and over... So, since the Classic has a rubberized back, a hard felty surface can still be an issue...

Second choice doesn't exist yet...Tough case by Case-Mate. Loved that case so much on the Q10. It's ultra durable, no slide out from pouch necessary and it's got a really nice inner silicone lining with nothing HARD touching your phone (which ultimately leads to wear). If I were to go that route, I might entertain a matte screen protector...You lose feeling, avoid the oil smears and know your phone is fully protected from whatever it is that might touch your screen from Friday night drunkenessssesss. Only thing going with the dual layer route is that you need to take the phone out and clean the case really well because if any 'hard' debris make it between the silicon and the phone and sits there for a while with the very miniscule movements that occur with operating a phone in a case (because there always is).

That's my 2c...

FYI...I still have the Passport and ALWAYS eying all new BBs...But I believe the classic is a great phone, that is why I am here and still on the fence about whether to pull the plunge. The Classic reminds me so much of my first (not girlfriend) which was the 9000 and was awesome!

I have the Classic Soft Shell Black/Translucent. Fits nicely and looks just the phone prior to putting it on. I am happy with it. Bought it at the Blackberry Store.
