    Is anyone experiencing problems with Recent Contact Management not working?

    I have the been on 10.3.2.858 and two releases before and it is not working. I am having to manually find email addresses all the time. It is just blank.

    Am I missing some setting somewhere? If it was software corruption or bug you would think the two Verizon pushed upgrades would have fixed it?

    Same problem here on BBQ10, for about the last 60 days or so. Only one recent contact is saved, but I used to have dozens. No idea how to fix. Help please.

    Is no one else having this issue? I can really use some help here. With Verizon's apple and android fan-boy attitudes I dread opening a ticket with them.

    I am having the same issue. It had been working just fine. Then a couple of weeks ago, all of the email suggestions disappeared and only one contact was there. I have done the suggested restarts, but that has not worked. And it doesn't appear it is saving recent contacts any longer. It's just not working at all now. I sent a note to BlackBerry Help via Twitter but they only asked me to open a ticket with Verizon. I doubt that will be helpful.

    same issue here - just got a new classic - the recent contact management list isnt working properly. elsewhere on the web i found a suggestion of restarting the device from the top button and then restart it twice by using the up and down arrows on the side. this does repopulate some of the historical addresses but it doesnt solve the problem. Ie, as you type and use email addresses it fails to populate the recent contact list.

    what's also amazing is every time i do a new set of reboots i get a new set of email addresses that populate the recent contact list
