    Hi

since i have my device, i have random reboots.
So iam on latest firmware (no leak).
    I already flash it new.

So i have no idea, why my Classic have reboots.
Sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. Then a week not.

    Those apps running:
    Kayako App (Android)
    Calendar
    Whatsapp

Sometimes Trello (Android App) or Slack (also Android)

Last reboot was on Wednesday and there was only Kayako minimzed running.

So is this a hardware fault or software related?

Have some of you same issue?

Sometimes when a device consistently reboots, it may be because of the apps you've installed. They apps don't have to be running, just having them installed would cause the device to reboot if the apps are not updated. I would check the android apps first and see.

Delete the android apps you don't use and see if the device reboots. If you don't want to delete the apps, I would try to do an OS reload throguh BB link. Hope that helps.

I have the same issue as well from time to time. Just out of curiosity, do you use a leather holster or carry the device in your pocket? I seem to get reboots only when taking it in and out of holster. Not sure if related, but it never happens when I carry the device in my pocket or leave it out.

Had same issues with my Passport, so far my classic doesn't show this yet. I would reinstall the software and see if that helps.

It seems to happen if you download Android apps. As someone mentioned above, delete those Android apps one at a time and see. I've only had my Classic 2 days, and on the first day the device randomly rebooted but that was on me because I was installing and updating a lot of apps at the same time and overloaded it. Haha. Right now, the only Android app I have on my Classic is Spotify. I'll have to see if during the course of its breaking-in if I get any random reboots but after that first day, it has NOT randomly rebooted.

    Hi

    iam dont using a holster.
Reboots coming up in different situations.
    Not in my pocket.

I always flashed my firmware new. With wipe followed by flashing firmware.

Android Apps that must be on the device for my business:
    Kayako Ticket App
    Slack
    Trello

    So as i understand:
No Hardware fault , more Android Problem?
