Setting up my new Classic this morning and customizing and downloading apps. A much improved product over my Q10 which is a joke compared to this new device, keyboard is spacious and allows for accurate input. One disappointment: the back of the device is heating up from all my CPU usage! Blackberry STILL can't find out how to fix this issue!!

    Seriously
It's normal for a cpu to heat up when you are downloading, syncing and setting up a device...

Yeah, they tend to run hot and eat up battery quickly at first. It should settle down after a few days once it gets to know you.
