Thank you: that leads to the $1 million question: will I have the option to choose "notes" and "contacts" as options to sync, assuming that my exchange server's version is 2007 or more recent?
Yes, those are options for activesync

Remember does NOT sync with outlook notes. If you want sync capabilities for Remember then Evernote is your best option.

Looks like Gokulesh is right. You'll have to use Evernote.
    Sorry for the confusion

You're looking at it from a consumer product point of view, the OP's employer has an Enterprise email solution; Office 365.

Remember does sync with Notes if the mailbox supports a version of ActiveSync no older than the version from MS Exchange 2007. Office 365 will be using at least the Exchange and ActiveSync version from Exchange 2013, so Notes will sync with Remember and vice versa.

I can confirm this. My work email is provided with MS Exchange Server, from which I syncs all my work notes and tasks to my Remember app on the fly.

My personal notes are either on Evernote (unimportant ones), or local in my Remember app.

So basically my Remember app is the HUB of all my notes and to-dos.

Thank you very much for the great news.
If I understand correctly: the fact that my work email is based on office365 means that my upcoming bb10's Remember Notes will sync OTA with outlook, right?

Basically, your work email is based on exchange active sync which already sync with office 365 and it will sync with your BB10 device. Tasks and flagged messages will sync with remember app on your BB10 and emails will sync with email app on BB10. You are covered out of the box. Dont worry.

Yes, the Notes that you see in Outlook will sync with Remember because you're using Office365.

You can flag a message in an email account in the Hub on the phone and it will appear in the Remember app under the Flagged Messages category.

When you flag message (by flagging a message you basically create task) in outlook you can see it in remember app, in tasks section, inside flagged messages folder.
I haven't used office 365 but I guess there is an option to flag an message.
