Questions about radio signals

Hi all.

I noticed a problem for my Classic. if I leave it a while, then I lose data signal of mobile network. ( the BlackBerry sign disappeared) . I need turn off and on to get it back. The voice is no problem as I can receive call or SMS.

Does it will be a hardware? Or software? Or my mobiles provider? My OS is 10.3.2.

Could be any of those....

Could do a test with BBVE... to see if there is a detectable problem.
Then check the software/OS.... you can do a Factory Reset on the OS or load another version of the OS to rule it out.
