Could be pretty useful on Android apps so you can Hide Bar to maximize screen real estate.
Good lord, whatever it is it will still be miles better than any android phone. And because it will have the BlackBerry keyboard and dedicated buttons to press to answer and end calls, my hear skips a beat just thinking about it, will be better (at least in several ways than even an iphone--and why I carry two devices) .

I wouldn't say don't bring it back as if it'll make things worse, if it's there and you prefer the gestures, just ignore it. I do agree that it's not a deal breaker for me if all it had was answer, hang up, and the track pad. I'd be happy with that.

Well a gesture to go back is much easier than selecting text without a trackpad
