Probably not. People who the Classic is targeted for would not spend that money. Those that do they already have P'9883.

I get the want for those premium devices, but I honestly hope the time and money BB puts into those Porsche devices are used soon to boost the product quality in general across all of the devices and raise the bar for the company in general.

Yes, I like the Classic, and no offense to Classic users, but I think it's time for the

    PassPorsche!

Not another iteration of the dual-core hardware. The PassPorsche could become a real celeb phone, I guess a lot of chefs will buy it... ;-)

  Telstra has the Classic now, "got it in two weeks agow"...  

Oooor we see them put that money to better use like hardware investment, advertisement or research into a killer new feature that could pump there innovation up a bit.

But Porsche phones cost nothing to develop, since they're just chromed up versions of old phones for nouveau riche/oil sheiks/so on and so forth.

When you research the cost and development of these items, even if you think there only cosmetic, which they are not (sinse some baseline hardware components are changed like keyboard, memory set or pretty much the entire device, not to mention the dedicated assembly lines that are built and maintained to manufacture them), it quickly comes to the forefront that they are largely just money dumps. Whenever there agreement with Porsche runs out ill be a little surprised to see it renewed.
