This is something i have been experiencing since my Q10 days. My Geotag in Camera is on. Yet my pictures title do not bear the location. I am currently using Classic. Any ideas?

Location on too? In app permissions can camera see location?
Yes location is on too. Unfortunately in App permission under GPS Location Camera is not listed.
