    Well I was reading about this new keyboard patent and was thinking this could solve the whole swipe up problem. If the capacitive keyboard could act as an extension of the screen you could just swipe up from the base of the keyboard to turn on or check the hub as normal. May work really good without getting in the way of the belt.

    Just a silly idea I was thinking of this evening

    I kinda think of the same. They could add touch sensitive sensors to each key which allows us to perform gestures on the keys as well as typing on them.
