    Hi,

    I have recently bought a brand new Classic device but I have had problems making calls on it. Sometimes it will just be silent even though I can see on the screen that the call has been answered.

    Does anyone know of this problem and if there is a solution to it - I am running the latest software.

    Check your notifications in the settings icon and make sure they are all active. I had the same issue with my Q10. I played around for awhile before I realized that notifications were muted.
