I'm looking to buy a Classic. I'm looking for a smaller phone given my job.(labor intensive) It's available on the Blackberry site. My question is...

Where do I go from there? As in, what carrier to go to? How do I get a plan for it.

Any help is very much appreciated

Then you're fine with the Shop BlackBerry Classic, since you're on a GSM carrier. It's the same model as the T-Mobile Classic.

As for what to do, just treat it like you're adding any other smartphone to your plan, since there's no need for special data plans like old BlackBerry devices.

Nope. Just buy the phone, stick your nano sim in, set it up, and then use it.

What do you mean work with? Do you mean like Hotspot? The you can connect the S5 to the Classic via Hotspot and use it.

It will work as long as you know the limitations of the phone. If your a super app user and need the latest and greatest apps, I would say that the Classic and BB10 isn't right for you.

If you're more of a text message or email writer, I would say Classic is good for you.

The reason that I love BB10 is the stuff that works right out of the box with no need to download any apps. The email system is still powerful. I don't need to download a document/spreadsheet app as Docs to Go is still useful. I love the Hub. It's amazing. The organization of my life on a device is what I love. All the other stuff like social media, games, and other things like that work better on either Android or iPhone. That's why I dual wield.

Then it'll be a perfect phone. Very few better than the classic for strictly phone calls and messages. Great form factor, nice size to fit into all pockets, one if the best keyboards.

    I'd say go ahead!

You're going to love the Classic if that's what you'll be using it for. Having all communications only one step away from wherever you are in the OS is going to rock your world (call button for calls and swipe for HUB). Plus, if you add the 26 possible shortcuts, you'll hardly have to navigate through your phone to do anything you want!

I have a labor intensive, up-down, move-sit, type of job. Plus, I rather have my social media accessible on other platforms. Tablet, PC, etc..I didn't know it was this easy. Thank you all

Yep. Buy the phone and pop in the SIM. T-Mobile will help you with it too, if needed.
