need help
my friend give it to my a brand new Q20, but when i turn on, it pops up bberror 100-xxx, i dont know where to claim, so i decided to try on my own.
autoloader blackberry classic ( Q20 ) where can i download the file? i've already search the file, but didnt find it.. many thread said the file z30 classic? is it same? ive downloaded the z30 autoloader, and try it on Q20, but it failed, now my classic in redblink

It should work with a Z30 autoloader, as long as it's new enough.

If you have a PC or Mac First thing download BlackBerry Link/Blend for installing device drivers on the computer then use the USB cable to connect with the device (Classic) and reload the OS through BlackBerry website and your good to go.
