I would really like to get some key apps working on my Classic - like my bank (Suntrust), AMEX, and others. I have tried installing Cobalt's files but am not sure I have the latest. Some apps require Google Play Services to work.

What are the most up-to-date/current ways to get apps working on the Classic?

    Thanks,

    Lee

No. please 'splain snap for me.

I have Google Play Store installed using Cobalt's method, and when I go to download an app all looks great until I try running it.

No need for Snap if you already have Google Play Store. Read the first post of the link that jaydee posted. It will explan how to set up Google Play Services.
